You can cancel your booking for a full refund ANY TIME OUTSIDE of 24 HOURS of your reservation launch time. INSIDE of 24 HOURS, no refunds under any circumstance. Rescheduling or gift cards only. It can take up to 7-10 business days to see the credit on your account.
Note : We will always do everything in our power to get you on the water including changing the time or day of your reservation if necessary.
