full refund if more than 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 24-48 hours you will be charged for one hour of your reservation. No refunds if cancelling the day of your reservation. It could take about 7 days to see the credit on your account.
Note : If we have to close the marina due to severe weather (heavy lightning, heavy winds/hail, tornado, etc.) we will issue you a full refund. We will always do everything in our power to get you on the water including changing the time or day of your reservation if necessary.
