Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the rental period to receive a deposit refund less a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental period will forfeit the entire deposit.

Note : Fremont Watersports Rentals, LLC is not responsible for weather. If your rental period is rained out prior to your departure you will be able to reschedule a different rental period in the future depending on availability. There will be no refunds given due to weather conditions
