If you cancel your reservation less than (1) week prior to your initial rental date, the deposit will be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee ($75 Off Season). Cancellation notice must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Time. Cancellation requests received after 1:00pm will be charged the full daily rental rate. We are not responsible for the weather, and will not put boaters out in unsafe conditions. Unsafe conditions typically include thunderstorms, lightening or hail. If the conditions are deemed unsafe, we will do our best to first reschedule your rental. If rescheduling is not possible, we will then refund your rental fee. If on the day of your rental the weather is cool, windy or rainy, we do not consider those to be unsafe conditions. A cancellation would result in the return of your deposit less a $125.00 cancellation fee ($75.00 Off Season).
