Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and to allow us to operate our business. Due to the seasonal nature of our business we rely on advance reservations. Once we accept your reservation, we remove the cabin and/or boat from the available list turning down all other request. Many of our guests select their vacation destination months in advance. When we remove accommodations from the open listing, they choose another time or perhaps another destination.  If you cancel less than 30 days from your check-in, and your cabin is not re-rented for the entire length of your reserved stay,  you may be expected to pay for the time you reserved at the base rate. This will be charged to your credit card. Outside if the busy season, reservations cancelled less than 7 days from check-in, you may be charged 50% of your reserved stay. If you have any questions, please ask prior to making your reservations. All reservation cancelled within the cancellation window will receive a deposit refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Note: We are dog friendly, we realize that pets are often members of your family and welcome all well behaved non-aggressive pets. We do have the following rules pertaining to pets. Dogs must always be on leash when they are on the resort or dock. They are to be in a kennel if left in the cabin alone. All pets must be current on shots and protected against Fleas and Ticks. Pets are not allowed on furniture when in the cabins. We cannot allow Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweiler’s, German Shepherds, Chow Chow, Huskies, Great Danes, Wolf Hybrids and Boxers on the resort as well as any known aggressive dog. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. We keep a Pooper scooper on the resort for you to use to clean up after your pet. We also sell poop bags in the store.

The guest booking the reservations is ultimately responsible for paying for damages should someone in his party fail to do so. This applies to any and all damages found during and after your departure. If we find any unusual damage after your departure, an itemized invoice will be sent, and your credit card will be charged. If you accidentally break something during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible.
