Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : All boat rental cancellations must happen at least 30 days before your reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days of your reservation will receive a refund with a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation will not receive a refund. Any cancellations for reservations made within the above time frames will still follow the same policy.

All jet ski, paddleboard, and kayak rental cancellations must happen at least 72 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations for jet ski, paddleboard, or kayak rentals made less than 72 hours before the reservation date will not receive a refund.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Safety is our biggest priority. If we are experiencing weather issues (heavy rains, lightning, thundering, high winds) we may cancel reservations. If we cancel reservations due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule when there is better weather. Ultimately, it is our call to determine if we must cancel due to weather. It is important that we have reliable cell phone numbers in order to notify our customers of any changes to their reservation.

In the event of inclement weather during your boat rental or reservations, our crew may deem the conditions unsafe to continue with your reserved timeframe. In this event, a credit will be issued for your remaining time period to be used at a later date.
