Seneca Lake Resorts, formerly known as SamSen Parks, is a public-private partnership agreement between New York State and SamSen LLC, a project of Sessler Development and a division of Sessler Companies. Sessler, a Waterloo-based family-owned business operated by second and third generation boating and outdoor enthusiasts, formed SamSen in 2018 to develop a world-class vacation destination on Seneca Lake. The entire Sessler family is committed to creating high-quality family-friendly options to benefit visitors to the Finger Lakes region and to support the economic development of Seneca County. They are proud to fulfill that mission by sharing the Seneca Lake Resorts (formerly SamSen), marinas, Cabins, RV Sites and Ship Store.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 15 days notice of cancellation. For 8-14 days notice of cancellation, customers will receive a a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within one week of the reservation.
