If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellations between a 48 hour and 24 hour notification, are assessed a fee equal to 50% of rental. Reservations canceled within 24 hours or less, of the start of the reservation date, will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fees
