Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

All boats will be checked for damage upon return. Any damages will be billed accordingly at the expense of the renter.
All renters must abide by the rules of the water as outlined by the Coast Guard.
All renters are required to give a $500.00 security deposit with a major credit card at the time of rental.
If any damage occurs, your deposit will not be refunded upon return of boat until our service department estimates the damage incurred. Any damages will be billed accordingly at the expense of the renter.
All rental equipment must be returned by the date and time outlined on the rental agreement and failure to do so may result in additional fees.
Gas used during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility for fill up.
