Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : One Day Reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation. If not canceled prior to 48 hours before the reservation, the payment will become non-refundable and will be available as a credit towards a future rental within 1 year of the original reservation.
Multi-Day rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellation requires two weeks notice or the deposit will become non-refundable and will be available as a credit towards a future rental within 1 year of the original reservation.
