Any cancellations outside of the 72 hours or weather related will be issued a gift certificate for future rental. Less than 72-hour notice will incur the full rental charge. Re-booking rental will depend on boat availability.
No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : In case of inclement weather the day of the rental, Floating Toy will make a determination if it is safe for use of the boats. If Floating Toy cancels the rental, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule based on availability or issued a gift card for future rental
