LESSEE will receive full refund minus a $15 Administrative Fee for reservation(s) cancelled 14 days or more from reservation date. If reservation is cancelled 13 days or less from reservation date,LESSEE'S funds will be forfeited. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not show LESSEE'S funds will be forfeited

Note : For dangerous weather conditions on the morning of your arrival at Hoosier Hills Marina, you can reschedule to another date in the current season. We will not carry it over to the following year. If it is just raining there will be NO transfer of reservation date. Absolutely NO GRILLS are allowed on any boat! All reservation must be secured by a credit card. The security deposit will become the damage deposit on the day of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded minus gas usage when the boat is returned in good condition.
