Guests who decide to cancel their reservation for other reasons must do so at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled activity in order to get a full refund. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Note : Guests should never feel obligated to go out in conditions that are less than ideal. In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or credit.
