We require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations. No shows or late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full for the booking.

Note : If weather is looking dangerous or we are rained out, we will be the first to call and inform you that we must make arrangements to reschedule. High winds are a judgement call made by our team usually the morning of rentals. Your safety is our priority so please try to be understanding if we deem it unsafe for our boats to leave the dock. In these events, we'll move your deposit to a future date where both you and our boats are available and make sure you enjoy your day on the water to the fullest.
