We offer a full refund of your trip deposit or payment if you cancel your tour or rental for any reason 7 or more days from the date of your reservation. If you cancel your trip 5 days to 48 hours from the date of your trip we will offer a 50% refund of your deposit or trip payment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation or fail to show up for your reservation, we will not offer a refund due to the unlikely nature that we can book anyone else within that time frame.
Note : We do not offer refunds for slight wind or rain. If Mother Nature presents dangerous paddling conditions such as extremely high winds or lightning, and we are unable to move your tour or rental to a safer location or time frame, we will offer a full refund of trip deposit or payment.
