We understand, things happen! In the event you need to cancel or reschedule please read below: Pontoon Boats: Minimum of 72 hours prior to tour departure, otherwise payment is non-refundable. Jet Skis: 24 hours prior to your tour departure. Reservations made on the same day as departure are non-refundable. *Rescheduling for same day jet ski reservations or tours is only permitted if our scheduled time allows. We need at least 3 hours notice to try and make those accommodations. Wakeboarding / Wake Surfing / Tubing: Minimum of 72 hours prior to tour departure otherwise payment is non-refundable.
