Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If Renter cancels his / her reservation within 7 calendar days of the reservation, Renter shall forfeit the deposit.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, then the *amount* will be applied to an alternate date. If inclement weather causes the rental period to end prematurely, the remainder of the rental time may be “raincheck” for another visit.
