Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : During non-holiday periods, as long as you cancel at least 7 calendar days and during holiday periods, as long as you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the rental you will receive your reservation fee back. If you are a “No Call/No Show” on the day of your rental you will be charged the full rental fee.

Pets allowed : No

Note : If it is raining, there is a lake wind advisory or storm in effect or predicted you will not be charged. We would never allow you go out in dangerous conditions as your safety is our main concern.
