Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : cancellations 31 days or more from reservation date are 75% refundable, cancellations 30 days or less AND NO-SHOWS are non-refundablE.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : weather reschedules must be with 24Hr notice and may not be available on same lake that week OR MAY NOT HAVE ANOTHER DESIRED TIME AVAILABLE. OVERCAST AND LIGHT RAIN ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESCHEDULE.
