Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must do it with at least 24 hours in advance. If not done within that frame time, you will lose your tickets and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date. A maximum of three rebooks is allowed. No-shows will also lose their opportunity to rebook or refund their tickets.

If you are making a reservation for the same day, or out of our 24 hour in advance policy, client accepts there are no re-schedules, cancellations, or refunds. It will be considered a final sale.

Pets allowed : No

Note : If USCG calls a small craft advisory, we will not go out in those conditions. In this case, we will give a call or e-mail to all our customers providing a re-schedule or full refund in the case that you are leaving town. Take into account, we will take this decision based on weather and USCG decisions on our area, if it is raining someplace else, it doesn’t mean that you can cancel your ride. In this case, you will lose your ticket. We won’t go out if it’s unsafe for our customers!
