If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
Note : We do not cancel our events due to rain. In the case of severe weather or a rare case of lightning and we deem it unsafe to leave the dock, we will cancel the event and provide our customers the ability to reschedule.
