Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If you cancel at least a 72 hours in advance, you will recieve your deposit less a 5% processing fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation, the 30% deposit can be transferred to another reservation within a year of the reservation date. The deposit can be transferred only once, and it is not transferrable to another person.
