All vessel rental fees are due and payable upon the reservation of the vessel. Lessee may cancel the reservation at any time up to 48 hours before the rental date and Lessor will refund the rental fees. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the rental date nor in the event of a no show. Lessor may cancel a reservation without refund in the event Lessee operates the vessel in a negligent manner or is intoxicated. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date due to inclement weather, Lessor will permit Lessee to reschedule and use the rental fee for another date within one year of the rental date. Unfortunately, members of a rental party canceling or not feeling well are not valid rescheduling/refund excuses as last minute cancellations prevent us from renting the boat to someone else. By submitting your credit card information through our online portal, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

Note : All reservations and rentals require a $200.00 deposit at the time of reservation. All reservations must be made by credit or debit card. Renters are responsible for any and all damages to vessel while in their possession and control. Renters may purchase damage insurance at the time of renting a vessel for a modest fee of $20 per day.
