If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refunds will be made. Same day cancellations are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel is a risk to themselves, to others, or to our property.
