Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : MASTERCRAFT & MALIBU CANCELATION POLICY: You have up to 20 days before your rental date to cancel. 50% of your initial payment will automatically be kept. The remainder balance will be returned back to the card on file. After the 20 days your initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

Note : Lake Powell Vacations reserves the right to cancel boat rentals if inclement weather is forecasted during the rental period. For Example: Flood Warnings or Wind Advisories. We want your time on the water to be great, but your safety is our priority. If the customer decides to cancel because of weather on their own without us advising it, there will be NO REFUND.
