Waverunner, Ski Boat and Pontoon Boat reservations can be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours are not allowed and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. PARTY BARGE cancellations are not allowed, however you may reschedule your reservation provided that you call at least ONE WEEK prior of your reservation. No shows for any reservation will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Our weather contingency is based on current weather conditions AT OUR DOCKS. If it is raining at our docks or we determine it is too dangerous to depart from our docks at the start of your reservation, we will cancel your reservation and you will not be responsible for payment of your reservation. If it starts raining or weather conditions become dangerous DURING your reserved time, we will issue you a rain check for the unused portion of your rental reservation. Once you have left the dock, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of your reservation. Please note that even if it’s raining at your home, it may not be raining at our docks, so we recommend that you plan to arrive on time for your reservation to avoid being charged for your full reservation fees. You are responsible for the time that you reserved and no shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
