Full Refund policy: Must call to cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund of your booking. If you do not you will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of your rental fee. NO EXCEPTIONS Cancelations under 7 day policy: Must call to cancel NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. We will allow you to keep rental on the books for up to 12 months to use at a later date and time so you do not lose your rental fee all together. (We ask that you call us when you are ready to use your date at a later time do not use the online booking service for this).
Note : We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather on day of rental or partial refund of any kind. We only refund your Damage deposit of $500.00 that day as it pertains to the boat only.
