If you cancel more than 10 days from your rental date there is no fee. If you cancel less than 10 days but more than 48 hours from your rental date then there is a 10% fee charged. There are no refunds given 48 hours or less from the rental date. If on the day you rent it is hazardous to be on the water (such as lightning or very high winds) then we will first try to move you to another day if possible, if another day will not work then a full refund will be given.
