Swan Bay Cabins and RV Park is located in Buchanan, TN, a two minute drive from Paris Landing State Park & Marina. All pontoon renters will be picked up at Paris Landing Marina boat ramp & courtesy docks in the back of the marina.

- Week day pontoon rentals must be canceled 72 hours before rental with a $75 non refundable payment. - Holiday and weekend rentals must be canceled two weeks in advance with a $75 non refundable payment. - If it is a holiday week , you must cancel two weeks in advance with a $75 non refundable payment.
