Prior to 7 days from the reservation start time, the reservation can be rescheduled or cancelled for a refund of the $100.00 reservation deposit (The $8.80 booking fee is non-refundable). Inside 7 days from the start time of the rental, the $108.80 reservation deposit becomes non-refundable, unless the rental is cancelled at the sole discretion of Bay Venture Boat Rentals, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The decision to cancel/reschedule the rental will be made by Bay Venture Boat Rentals on the day of the rental. Bay Venture Boat Rentals reserves the right to charge the full rental amount for no shows/cancellations without 48 hours prior notice. In the case of a cancellation by Bay Venture Boat Rentals, the $100.00 deposit will be refunded. The decision to cancel a rental will be made by Bay Venture Boat Rentals on the day of the rental and will be communicated to you by email or phone.
