If the customer cancels a reservation within 24 hours due to their perception of the weather forecast and without being notified by Wildwood, they will be charged a $150 cancellation fee though this can be applied to a future rental within the same calendar year. All other (non-weather) Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee the customer must provide a 72-hour notice.
Note : Rental boat cancellations due to bad weather are at the discretion of the safety team and the dock manager. If the weather is not suitable for rental the customer will not be charged and is encouraged to make a future reservation.
