Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 days prior to a rental reservation are subject to a 100% cancelation fee. This applies to ‘no-shows’ as well. Cancellations made MORE THAN 2 days prior to a rental reservation are subject to a 15% cancelation fee. Full payment is due at the time of booking and no rental is secure without full payment. The policies are set this way due to too many cancellations within 48 hours of rentals and a finite amount of equipment. Please note, upon request guests are allowed to reschedule a reservation up to 2 times within the same year without penalty. Note : Cancellations due to dangerous conditions, as determined by our staff, will receive a full refund. High sustained winds and intense lightning activity are the two main factors we consider when determining if conditions are dangerous. There is a considerable difference between less than ideal conditions or unpleasant weather and dangerous conditions.
