Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 7 days before start of reservation - full refund of payment paid less $20 non refundable processing fee plus 3% of the reservation fee which is charged to us by the credit card processor

6 - 3 days before start of reservation - 50% refund of payment paid

2 days or up to start of reservation - forfeit of payment paid
