Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers can receive a rental deposit refund or reschedule for reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time. Customers will receive a store credit only if they do not call or email to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time. Cancellations after 5:00 pm EST the day before your reservation will forfeit the deposit. We recommend checking the weather forecast by the afternoon the day before to avoid forfeiture of your deposit due to canceling after the cut-off. Arriving for your rental and being unable to demonstrate that you are a qualified operator with also be grounds for forfeiture of your reservation deposit.
