A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel partial and single-day charters. Two-day and holiday charters require a minimum of 7 days notice. Charters of 3 or more days require a minimum of 30 days notice. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged at the full rental rate. Member accounts are invoiced, and non-member refunds are not given.

Note : Non-member reservations require payment in full via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or by mailing a check. Member reservations require advance payment for major holidays and for any multi-day charters.
