Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you must cancel, please do so within 3 days of the tour date by phone call or e mail or you forfeit the $50 deposit. If you fail to cancel or don’t show up for the tour, no refund is given.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : SAFETY FIRST! We monitor weather and will call you if we have to cancel a tour due to unsafe lake conditions (storms or low or high- water levels). If we cancel, deposit refunded or ask you to reschedule.
