Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 48 hours notice of cancellation except for weather. If the weather is bad at your reserved departure time, (thunderstorms, heavy rain, hurricanes, winds exceeding 20 mph), customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. This will occur on the day of the rental.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Two hours after your reservation time, no-shows will be charged the full price and the boat will be re-reserved to another party if no attempt is made to contact the operator.

If you’ve made a reservation between May 28-30, July 2-4, and September 3-5 this is a nonrefundable purchase. If the weather is not cooperative on the day of your reservation you can reschedule or we can issue you a gift card for the full amount paid.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : You do not have to go and you will not lose your money. You can reschedule your reservation, we can give you a refund or a gift card to use at another time.
