Unlimited Outfitters (formerly Hartwell Keowee Paddleboard and Kayak Co.) is a family owned business serving Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee that provides Paddleboard, Kayak and Boat Rentals. South Cove Park is a 48 acre park nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and located on the clear waters of 18,500 acre Lake Keowee. Camping is located on a 15 acre peninsula offering 86 campsites with water and electricity on each site with 46 sites waterfront. Two bath houses serve the campground area and a dump station is located near the entrance of the park. The Park offers a wide variety of day use facilities as well as lakeside camping. Day use facilities include four pickleball courts, three tennis courts, basketball, playground areas, picnic areas, a handicapped accessible fishing pier and a waterfront sand beach for sun bathing. South Cove offers two rental buildings/shelters for reunions, birthday parties, award ceremonies, and picnics that are available by reservations.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : You can cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are subject a charge equal to the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours we will try to rent the boat. If we can, your security deposit will be returned.

Special Policy
We require a $500 deposit. After the rental is over and the boat is returned with no damage, the $500 security deposit will be returned less the cost of gas used. We will provide a full tank of gas when renting the boat. When the boat is returned, we will refill the tank and subtract the cost of gas from the security deposit. If the boat is returned with a full tank of gas, with no damage, the entire $500 security deposit will be returned.
For a daily rental we require 50% to reserve the boat. The remaining balance plus the $500 security deposit will be paid at the time of the rental. For rentals longer than 1 day, we require $500 to reserve the boat. The remaining balance plus the $500 security deposit will be paid at the time of the rental.
Note : If we determine that the weather is bad and we have to cancel the rental, we will refund 100% or credit you for a future rental.
