If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellation policy requires a minimum 72 hour notice prior to your reservation date & time for a minimum $65 fee. If your cancellation is within 72 hours of your reservation or you do not show up for your reservation, you are subject to full rental payment of your reservation if We can not re-rent your boat. We will make every effort to re-rent your boat. All cancellations must be made via telephone to 864-617-9187 and you must retain a cancellation conformation # for proof of cancellation.

All reservations require a $500/$1000 (100% refundable) security deposit secured with a credit or debit card. A credit or debit card is required to reserve your boat, no charges will be made to your card just for reserving your boat, it will hold your reservation. 2-3 days prior to your rental date we will put a $500 hold on your credit/debit card that will serve as your security deposit. $500 hold will be released when boat is returned in same condition as given. We accept cash or certified bank check (sorry, no personal checks) at delivery of your boat or we will add 6% for credit/debit card usage.
