Sea Serpent Tours Inc is a veteran owned company that was established in St. Augustine, FL in 2015, and has provided airboat ecological tours of the freshwater and saltwater tributaries of Northeast Florida to nearly one million visitors from around the world. Our mission is to provide historic and ecological tours of Northeast Florida from our beautiful inland waterways for both residents and tourist alike. At Sea Serpent Tours, we offer an amazing perspective of the “Ancient City’s” and “First Coast” waterways to include the St. Johns River and surrounding tidal creeks/tributaries. Our captains are all US Coast Guard licensed Master Captains and are all fully certified through state approved Airboat Operators Safety Programs.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Sea Serpent Tours DOES NOT refund, make cancellations, or reschedule due to weather, riots, epidemics, viruses, fuel shortages, or any other "force majour" matters or circumstances beyond company’s control unless "Cancellation Protection" was purchased at the time of reservation. Please DO NOT contact Sea Serpent Tours regarding a refund or rescheduling unless "Cancellation Protection" is in effect. If "Cancellation Protection" is purchased at the time the reservation is made, customers can cancel their reservation up to the time of the rental/tour for any reason. Notificatlon of cancellation must be made in writing (via email) PRIOR to the scheduled departure time.
No-shows and/or missed tours will be charged the full price, and NO REFUNDS or rescheduling will be issued. All passengers MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for pre-boarding check in requirements and mandatory safety briefing. In the event that you do not arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, you will not be allowed to board the vessel and NO REFUND will be issued.
Weather note: In Florida, it rains. If you choose to not take your scheduled tour or rental because of rain or any other weather conditions, you WILL NOT be refunded unless "Cancellation Protection" was purchased at time of reservation!
