Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Please give 24 hours notice for daily rentals, and at least 72 hours notice on multiple day rentals. If you do not call to confirm a cancellation, we cannot refund and you will be charged as a ""no show"".
If the weather is too bad, we will do our best to reschedule another day with you so that you can still enjoy a boat rental! However, we can also refund the deposit before the rental is paid and taken out. If you are canceling due to weather, please still call to confirm the cancellation.

Pets allowed : No

Note: Sadly no, pet fur is very hard to clean and our seats our leather. So to avoid cleaning fees, and damage to interior, we ask that no pets be onboard.
