Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : A 3% processing fee will apply to cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter will be subject to a 50% penalty.
Refunds will be issued back to the credit card used to make the original reservation.
