If Renter cancels his / her reservation at any time, Renter shall forfeit $250 of the total rental cost. If the cancellation is within 1 week of the rental date no refund will be given.

Note : If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, then the rental cost will be applied to an alternate date. If inclement weather causes the rental period to end prematurely, the rental rate shall be prorated based on the time used.
