Rentals must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus booking fee, processing fees, and any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start time of the reservation will be 100% liable for the full amount of the reservation. The Booking Fee is non-refundable for ALL cancellations. There are no exceptions. All cancellations may be subject to a 5% processing fee and/or withholding period.
Note : Weather related cancellations will be made solely by the owner and/or representative of the company; weather cancellations will receive a refund of unused time, minus the full booking fee.
