As a rental business, last minute cancellations are very costly and take time to reschedule (if possible), after a scheduled rental decides to cancel or not show up. Cancellations of your scheduled rental 2 weeks or less to your departure, are subject to 50% of your rental cost forfeited. No shows or cancellations within 1 week of the event, for any reason, are subject to 100% of your rental cost forfeited.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : We do not allow cancellations for less-than-ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, low water hazards, lightning, rain, storms in the area, or any other unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.

Note : Please Note: Half day reservations only available by walk in prior to Noon. It takes about a half hour to drive out of the "no wake" zone. Ski vests are required for tubing, skiing, and wakeboarding - provided with rental. Patio and ski boats are not rentable overnight except with a camping or houseboating party BOAT PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX, FUEL.
