Please be aware!! We offer 100% refund to any rental that is over 30 days out from the time of activity. Inside of 30 days, there will be no refunds, but we do allow you to reschedule your reservation any time within a 24 month period. No exceptions. Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slot based on availability. Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. The safety of others is our top priority
