Molly’s Pontoon Rentals began as a response to the growing popularity of Lake Wedowee, which, despite its appeal, lacked sufficient boat rental accommodations. We initially shared our lake house on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, connecting with wonderful guests and striving to provide exceptional experiences. Over time, many inquired about pontoon boat rentals, due to the limited options on the lake, I recognized an opportunity. In the fall of 2020, my neighbor decided to sell a pontoon boat. Despite needing full refurbishment, it had a solid frame and pontoons. After some consideration, I saw the potential to turn it into something special that could fill the rental gap on the lake. This marked the beginning of Molly’s Pontoon Rentals, LLC. Since then we have added two additional boats to better serve customers. We look forward to welcoming you this summer and hope to become your go-to choice for luxury pontoon rentals on Lake Wedowee. We aim to earn your business year after year!

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Molly's Pontoon Rental does not provide cancellation refunds. It is common for rain on the lake but in most instances it passes and you can enjoy a good portion of your rental day. In cases when there is a severe weather threat, at Molly's Pontoon Rental descretion, we may call you and cancel the rental. In such cases, we will issue you a gift certificate / rain check, which you can use on another day based on availability.
It is our policy to not issue cash refunds.

Note: WE do allow pets for an additional pet fee. Owners are responsible for any damage the pet may cause while on the boat. It is the owners responsibility to take the pet to shore to relieve itself. It is recommended owners purhcase a pet flotation device. Dogs cannot exceed 45 pounds and not number more then two.
Special Policy
Renters are to be experianced captaining pontoons or other boats of similair size, review the safety video on the website which can be found in the "FAQ & More" drop down menu, and all rental agreements, which will be emaied to you after you finalize your reservation, must be electronicly signed and returned prior to your rental.
No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
Note : There are no cancellations unless their is a severe thunderstorm warning. In such cases you will be given an option to reschedule your day on the lake based on open availability at any time, this season or next. It is Molly's Pontoon Rental, LLC policy to not provide cash refunds.
In the case Molly's Pontoon Rental cancel's your rental you will be advised before pick-up and in these cases we will either issue you a credit card refund if you live
