You are allowed to cancel or move reservations for any reason up to 7 days before your trip to receive a full refund. If you cancel inside of 7 days, you will not receive a refund. Same day cancellations will be charged full price
Note : We will constantly monitor the weather as it is part of our job. We want to make sure everyone will be safe and sound to return to the dock in the same fashion as when we departed. We ask that you please do not monitor the weather too far in advance as the call to cancel will ALWAYS be made last minute by the captain the day of your trip. Yes.
