Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to date of reservation for full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to date of reservation will forfeit entire rental amount when reservation is for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or any Holiday (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day).
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to date of reservation will forfeit one half of the rental amount if the reservation falls on non-holiday weekdays (Monday – Thursday).
