Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation Policy: You must provide cancellation notice in writing 14 days prior to rental date for a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. If you do not provide a 14 day notice the deposit will be forfeited.
